Architectural Design

Architectural Services include design, preparation of construction documents, and construction administration. Architects also provide a wide variety of services including feasibility studies, architectural programming and project management. Architectural Design Services includes project planning, development of schematic design, design development, preparation of construction drawings, bidding and negotiation, and construction and administration.

General Construction

General Construction Services inludes the provision for all of the material, labor, equipment (such as engineering vehicles and tools) and services necessary for the construction of the project. We are also responsible for the quality of all work performed and safety on the jobsite.

Construction Management

Construction Management is a professional service that uses specialized, project management techniques to oversee the planning, design, and construction of a project, from the start to completion. The main purpose of Construction Management is to control a project's time, cost and quality.

Design and Build

Design and Build is a project delivery method wherein the design and construction services are contracted to a single entity known as the design–builder or design–build contractor. Design and Build carries a clear contractual obligation and remedies to its client because the Design and Build Contractor is responsible for the ALL the work on the project.

Home improvement, home renovation, or remodelling is the process of renovating or making additions to one's home. Home improvement can be projects that upgrade an existing home interior (such as electrical and plumbing), exterior (masonry, concrete, siding, roofing), or other improvements to the property (i.e. garden work or garage maintenance/additions).
